Working Principle of Hydraulic Impact Crusher
This machine uses the impact energy to crush the materials and it can change the granularity and size by adjusting the spare between the impact and rotor frame, and this machine adopts the spring secure equipment installed behind the impact plate. And when the non-crushing materials enter the crushing cavity ,the front and back impact plate will retreat and then be discharged .As it enters the hammer areas ,the materials will be crushed as the high-speed impact from the hammer.And at the same time,they will be thrown into the impact equipment installed on the rotors,and then the secondary crush will begin.After the secondary crushing,the materials will rebound to the hammer areas from the Impact Plate to be recrushed .This process will be circled ,until the materials reanch the specific sized .The final products will be discharged from the discharging opening .
