Large Broken Pressure
S series cone crushers has longest arm of crushing force than other series cone crushers,this gives it bigger broken pressure forced to the cavity.The force conducted by eccentric to the main shaft is much lower,and this allows the lower temperature rise,ensuring a long life.
High Efficiency
The cavity is designed with good technology, it could perfectly cooperate with the fast gyrating of head,and this could give S series cone crushers huge impact and pressure casued by the head,and with high efficiency.The raw materials crushed in the cavity could be continued crushed while discharging products at the same time with gravity.
Raw materials will be rearranged after 3 to 5 times cruching activities,and during the falling and bumping,better shapes of final products will be finished.

S series has the biggest gyrating stroke compared with other types cone crushers,and this will make a higher ouput,because it has the good ability to process the crushing materials effectively with more crushing materials in each gyrating stroke.
In every gyrating stroke, the distance the head moving opposite to bowl liner is big enough to let into more crushing materials to enter cavity, forming a larger volume of crushing material, so that the crushing materials passing speed is much higher;

Short Head---With a relatively deep head, has longer the parallel space of cavity, if the feed size is small, then the finer final products could be produced. It can be conducted as the second or third time crushing process. The same to standard head, each type of short head cone crushers includes 4 different cavities ,thus fine, media, coarse and extra coarse.
